Preparing to return to work

Business as usual

While we have been working remotely for the last few weeks, we are now starting to prepare to return to work.

Our sales offices will remain closed, but our sales advisors will be handling the phones and are available via email or telephone to answer your questions and make a reservation on properties.

As of the 11th of June, we will be allowing visits to our Marketing Suites by appointment only. However, in keeping with the Government guidelines, there will be extensive signage internally and externally advising of social distancing, availability of hand sanatisers, protective desk screens and 2-metre distance markings on the floor.

There will be a maximum of two visitors from the same household allowed into the Marketing Suite at any one time.

Our sales advisors will be wearing disposable gloves, and our Marketing Suites will be cleaned after each visit.  Particular attention will be given to taps, washing facilities, toilets, door handles, handrails and staircases, telephones, chairs, computers and other office equipment.

We are delighted to be moving forward with a phased and controlled return to work policy, but as always the safety of our staff and customers remains forefront at Ogilvie Homes.

We look forward to you visiting our Marketing Suites over the coming weeks and to help you in your decisions to purchase a new Ogilvie home. We have some stunning properties available at our current developments and of course two new developments at Skelmorlie and Boness.

If you are looking for an apartment, then take a look at our superb waterfront apartments at Eldon Street and Skelmorlie with fabulous views across the Firth of Clyde. We have recently released our second phase at The Mill in Crossgates and a further release at the King’s Meadow in Stirling.

There are some fantastic price reductions at Dovecote Steadings near Haddington and only a few properties remaining at Helix Rise, Falkirk and Village Green 2, Kingsbarns.

We are also building at Dunipace, Bridge of Earn, Irvine and Dundee.

We thank you for your patience through these unprecedented times and look forward to seeing you in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, stay safe.
